The TopTex group has been in business for over 25 years, starting out near Toulouse in France and expanding rapidly across Europe as the years have passed. We now have five branches!

7 branches for delivery throughout Europe
When we decided to expand across Europe, we wanted to do it gradually.
Over the years, we’ve opened a number of branches, ensuring that they are strategically positioned to deliver to your different geographical areas with the same efficiency.
As you know, logistics is our number one concern when it comes to serving you better. It’s one of the main challenges of our business, and therefore one of the ones that’s most important to us.
So, to distribute our products quickly and efficiently across 14 European countries, we have spread our presence throughout Europe.
For the “Southern zone“,our French warehouse centralises orders placed on our French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian websites, and all orders for Southern Europe are dispatched from this warehouse.
For the ‘North zone‘, our warehouse in Belgium centralises stocks and orders for countries further north in Europe, such as Scandinavia, the UK and Germany.

We wanted to go even further and create a closer relationship with our customers by allowing them to discover some of the products distributed on our e-commerce site: those of the KARIBAN BRANDS brands.

So, as well as being able to contact our TopTex advisers online or by phone, KARIBAN BRANDS are opening their doors to you, with showrooms displaying products from their six brands !
These distinctive premises have been thought out to allow you to discover some of the pieces distributed by TopTex, imagined and designed by KARIBAN BRANDS and Native Spirit. Showrooms have been set up in several European countries: France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Above all, one of the advantages of these physical points of contact is that they give us a better understanding of the reality of your market.
Europe is made up of many countries, with different trends and expectations. We are fully aware of this, which is why we’re absolutely determined to do everything we can to deepen our understanding of your issues. This enables us to provide more accurate answers and to anticipate developments specific to each country, in terms of customisable textiles and accessories.

More than 30 sales representatives across Europe and 29 Sales and Marketing staff are on hand to listen to your suggestions, as well as providing tailor-made support for each and every one of your requests.
As you know, we pay particular attention to customer relations , so it made sense to form a team of TopTex employees dedicated to your satisfaction.
Monitoring, observing, collecting feedback… internally, our sales staff are also there to provide us with data from the field, which is extremely valuable in enabling us to develop our services and product offering.
Guaranteeing the quality and variety of the products distributed by TopTex, our sales teams offer you a wide choice, impeccable quality and regular new additions based on current events (sporting events, new eco-responsible manufacturing processes, etc.).

Thanks to all these conversations, to your feedback and the analysis of trends and innovations carried out by the TopTex and KARIBAN BRANDS teams, our catalogue has been expanded, and we are continuing to prepare our forthcoming styles.

What’s one of the categories we want to develop more and more? Workwear.
